Wellcraft Scarab 26 extensive refit and refurbishment

We were approached by a client directly to project manage the comprehensive refit of their recently purchased Wellcraft Scarab. The hull was delivered to our workshops, we stripped out all the mechanical and electrical equipment in preparation for the full deck and hull re-spray. The refit was then completed with all new electronics, navigation equipment and sound system, a complete rewire, engine installation and rigging. All finished off with a custom templated and bonded Seadek installation with colour coded metal work, stainless fittings and a very smart re-trim and upholstery of the seating and cushions.

• Complete hull and deck respray
• Respray of hand rails and Bimini frame
• Supply and fit windlass system
• Complete rewire with automatic split charge system
• Fitment of 2400W amplified fusion sound system
• Cleaning and re-commission of fuel system
• Custom frame work for upholstery
• Custom helm seat and frame manufactured
• GRP side pockets manufactured
• Console repaired and re-sprayed
• Custom carbon console panels supplied and fitted
• Supply and fit of Garmin navigation system

Although the project was managed by us, in this instance the Yamaha outboard supply and installation, decking and upholstery were all contracted to our trusted specialist suppliers.
